"I quit a restaurant after they entered an EBA and my pay got lowered by over 10 dollars an hour (I was on casual rates and I ONLY worked the weekends as I have a full time job also, the EBA lowered my pay to a flat rate of $21.64 an hour.)

They were poorly run and served bad food and I was getting ready to quit anyway but this was the last straw I quit over text, an hour before my shift, on Mother's Day when they had 650 people booked."
